We serve breakfest and dinner prepared from our own and local products.
Our speciality is broth made of three types of meet, a rabbit in its own juice with Silesian dumplings and red cabbage together with compote of fruit collected from our own garden. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy seasonal dishes such as:
- in spring – young beetroot soup, spinach with scrambled eggs and potatoes (from our own crops)
- in summer – fresh potatoes with cucumber salad seasoned with dill, and scrambled eggs (from our own crops)
- in autumn – mushrooms baked with onion and egg with side dishes (from nearby forests)
- in winter – carp or trout with side dishes (from nearby ponds)
